Job Summary

As the Senior Sales Administrator you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales and Marketing teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and daily operations while helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities include
- Monthly review and checking of margins on orders.
- Provide monthly manufacturing statistics of sales.
- Monitoring and managing up to date prospects and pending orders.
- Assistance in cash collection on all sales orders.
- Plan and organize customer events and handle client concerns efficiently.
- Assist with setting pricing on quotes or tenders and checking against customer specifications and terms and conditions.
- Management of the marketing budget which includes brand management, strategic advertising, PR’s, editorial content, website, events, brochures, and promotional items.
- Monthly reporting of statistics analysis.
- Consolidate information and reporting monthly on activity, offerings and specification.
- Assisting in negotiating favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders won.
- Monthly monitoring of departmental expenses against budget.
- Processes implementation and compliance.
Requirements
- Grade 12 and Business Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years experience in sales and marketing administration
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
- Experience with Accounting Systems (Accpac advantageous)
