GCC Engineer - Mining

Description:Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GCC Engineer to join their mining team in the Northern Cape province.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the mining site according to all relevant regulations and standards
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets
- Developing and implementing maintenance and reliability programs to optimize equipment performance
- Providing technical expertise and support to production teams
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Developing and managing budgets and resource plans for the mining operation
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall production and performance
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- GCC Mines & Works
- 10 years' experience in the mining industry (Underground)
- Minimum 5 years' experience appointed as a GCC Engineer
- Valid Drivers' License
Benefits:
- Salary: 1.6mil - 1.8mil p/a
