Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining, logistics and waste management company, is currently seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Brakpan, Gauteng.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (Stationary, cleaning supplies, groceries)
- Must undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
- Ensures smooth running of the admin for all Business units and client sites and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Coordinate office activities and events and operations to ensure efficiency
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support internal accounting and filing processes and activities
- Raising, receiving and processing of Invoices and Purchase orders
- Manage creditors and debtors full process
- Identify gaps within the administrative function and roles and develop and initiate systems and process control
- Manage all systems and process implemented within the Administrative department
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Requirements
- Extensive background and experience within security related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and Excel
- Proficiency in Sage pastel (Advantageous)
