Job Title: HR Officer - Mining - MpumalangaLocation: Mpumalanga, South Africa
Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join their mining team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks within the mining sector, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new employees in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with performance management and appraisal processes
- Participate in HR strategy development and implementation
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in human management
- 7 years’ experience as a Human Resources Administrator / Generalist in a Mining environment
Benefits:
- Salary: R600k – R700k CTC
