Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CS Administrator to manage customer service and administrative duties professionally and efficiently, at a well-established automotive company in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct follow-up calls for new and returning customers and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Capture and update customer data accurately.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
- Assist with switchboard operations during receptionist breaks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Computer literacy, with experience in industry-relevant systems.
- Relevant experience in the motor industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
