Primary purpose of the job
To co-ordinate all personnel administrative functions within the plant
Key Performance Areas
Administer employee attendance and hours worked for monthly and weekly paid employees
Administer employee leave
Distribution of Payslips and handling of pay queries
Provide support to IR function
Submit employees’ documentation upon termination of employment
HR and Payroll reporting
Filing of employee data
Assist employees with queries with regards to payroll and policies & procedures
Knowledge and Skills required.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in time and attendance management
