Join our team as a dedicated Vehicle Service Advisor at an established dealership in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and assessing their vehicle service needs.
- Communicating vehicle issues to customers and providing repair recommendations.
- Preparing service orders and coordinating with the service department.
- Ensuring timely updates to customers regarding their vehicle’s status.
- Reviewing repair orders and processing customer payments.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in service management software and documentation.
- Valid South African Driver’s License and a clear criminal record.
