We have a position for an Admin Clerk with a vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Duties and responsibilities: To ensure the correct processing of vehicle sales and monitoring of stocked vehicles, Capture stock into the computer system and safeguard vehicle keys. Handle orders, including raising, posting, authorizing, and ensuring timely invoicing. Oversee deal file management and floorplan reconciliation. Reconcile, manage, and recover vehicle debtors. Produce daily stock reports for the sales team. Process payments, transfers, and bank cheques. Conduct weekly stock counts and handle general administrative tasks.
