We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our production team in compiling, collating, and formatting production-related documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to develop and structure documents effectively, ensuring clarity and accuracy in information representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile, collate, and format production-related documents.
Interpret and refine content to ensure optimal presentation.
Provide general administrative support to production supervisors, including ad hoc duties as required.
Manage timesheets for production staff, ensuring accurate payment processing.
Oversee leave management, overtime tracking, clocking reports, and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with internal documentation and reporting standards.
Educational Requirement: Matric (or equivalent qualification)
Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Advanced to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
