Job Summary
Join a dynamic team where you’ll optimize stock allocation and manage orders to meet dealership and customer needs. Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes and up-to-date information. Our client is seeking a Stock Controller for their dealership based in Somerset West, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle sourcing, stock control, and registration for the dealership
- Capture warranties on new/demo vehicles and handle floor plans
- Ensure all invoices and documents for banks and other institutions are processed
- Attend weekly sales meetings to support team operations
Requirements & Skills:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and a Customer Service/Admin qualification preferred
- Previous experience in sales or administration, especially in the motor dealership industry, is essential
- Advanced computer literacy; proficiency with dealership systems (e.g., Focus Pro, VMS, BEAM) is a plus
- Own transport is required
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer expectations
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
