Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Warranty Adjudicator to join their dynamic team. If you are self-motivated, trustworthy, disciplined and strong, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring they meet brand standards and processes.
- Guide and support dealers through the warranty process.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring easy reference.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams, even in challenging situations.
- Work with precision and attention to detail in every task.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with the Evolve system.
- Prior experience with Ford, VW or Toyota warranty claims.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to thrive under pressure from dealers and management.
