Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Corporate Sales Manager to join their Head Office team in Pretoria, Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in fleet sales, a strong network within the motor industry, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, corporate environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills who can lead a team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to consistently meet targets and deliver results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Oversee and manage marketing efforts across all brands to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate sales within the automotive or motor industry.
- Established network with corporate clients across various industries.
- Minimum qualification: Matric (a tertiary qualification in Sales or Business Administration is advantageous).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
