Job Summary
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Automotive Training Strategy Development and Management
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Human Resources, or Education
- Strong working knowledge of developing training metrics, measuring results, collating management information reports, general procurement practices (including tender management), and vendor management
- Extensive experience in training needs analysis and financial business management
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, competitive Automotive OEM international and multicultural environment
- Stable track record with contactable references
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Basic Salary, based on experience
