Job Summary
KZN's largest Vodacom Retail Franchisee and GROWING is looking for a dynamic Administrator to support the Human Resources department at our Head office situated in Westville in the Pavilion Mall
The ideal candidate must have exceptional people skill.
Organize and maintain personnel records for all staff
Update internal databases (e.g. leave, late coming, uniforms, punctuality etc)
Ensure on onboarding checks are done prior to employment
Prepare HR documents ie. employment contracts, Induction packs, uniform and equipment allocation
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in person communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability
Create regular reports (e.g. late coming, punctuality, telephone usage, staff probations etc)
Assist payroll master by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave, absence, overtime, deductions, loans etc) for all staff
Manage group Staff messages (e.g. birthdays, religious holidays, Anniversary, performance stats etc)
Assist and manage HR meetings e.g. probation reviews, compliance and disciplinary matter
Arranging labor relations issues (disciplinary enquiries, hearings, grievances etc.)
Checking invoice and matching to system report
Checking reports on a daily basis Cashup , Stock Takes , Banking and cards recons, refunds etc.
Matching system reports to rebate sheets
Ensure we build robust HR department and maintain good human relationships.
