Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of Financial Advisers/Planners. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks and managing client portfolios, interacting with insurance companies, investment platforms, and clients. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a set portfolio of clients and ensure a seamless service experience for both clients and advisers. Key Responsibilities: Business Processing: Handle new and existing business, including investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates. Client Interaction: Monitor client reviews, requests, and new business activities while maintaining strong communication with clients. Diary Management: Effectively manage the brokers diary and ensure all meetings and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. Client Liaison: Provide ongoing support and liaison between clients, advisers, and relevant service providers.
