Job Summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join a renowned electronics leader and pioneer in the mining field within Southern Africa. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, who is well-versed in Pastel and MS Excel, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer quotations.
- Handle switchboard operations.
- Manage invoicing and coordinate courier deliveries and collections at the mines.
- Process all purchase orders for new and repair items from receipt to delivery.
- Handle import and export tasks.
- Maintain full stock control.
- Follow up on all outstanding orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure efficient execution of all processes and procedures related to key tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain an organized system for company documents and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Pastel for invoicing.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Own transportation.
- Keen attention to detail.
