Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator for a food manufacturing company. As a Human Resource Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR tasks and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process HR documentation and maintain employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as job postings and candidate screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.
- Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
