An excellent opportunity exists for an Finance Office Administrator to join a medium size, fast growing well-established Accounting firm. They are seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join their current Somerset West based team on a permanent basis.
The firm operates within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.

Responsibilities:
General Office Administration
Liaise with clients
Tax Admin & Company Secretarial
CIPC submissions
SARS registration
Handling of SARS admin queries , submissions of documentation
Finance data capturing
Other admin & finance related responsibilities
Requirements:
Matric
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the same or similar role.
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
Attention to detail.
Trust Administration knowledge would be beneficial.
SARS e-filling & CIPC submission
Positive attitude towards work.
Work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to deal with pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid license and own transport.
Advanced computer skills essential
Salary:
Salary - R15k – R25k p/month neg, depending on skills and experience
