Requirements:
Grade 12 and tertiary education
5+ years of experience in foreclosure litigation
Strong communication skills
Effective organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to take instructions and execute them timeously
Enjoy working in a team environment
Fast and accurate typing skills
Duties:
Drafting and processing legal documents with the emphasis on sales in execution of immovable property
Processing bulk actions accurately and timeously
Running of diary and all court related actions and appointments
Good communication skills ensuring that 3rd parties carry out their duties
Case file management
Client and Court communications
Scheduling of appointments
General administrative duties
