Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence handling.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist in coordinating office activities to improve efficiency.
Liaise with clients and suppliers professionally and efficiently.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Manage schedules and appointments while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
Own reliable transport.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07h30 to 16h30
