  • Fill in your personal details.

If you enter your email address and it’s already registered on Job Mail, you will get a note that says ‘This email has already been registered. You will be redirected to the login screen shortly'.

  • Upload your CV document (Word or PDf file are both accepted)

  • Complete your registration by clicking ‘register’. This step grants you basic registration status. To apply for jobs, you’ll need to complete any outstanding information after logging in. An email will be sent to you containing a link to verify your email address and activate your profile. Aim to complete your profile as fully as possible to enhance your job application prospects, as employers favour detailed CVs and profiles.

2. Full Registration

  • Provide additional information such as your driver’s licence status, gender, and highest education level.

  • Select your Employment History

  • If Employed: Provide information about your current employer, including the company name, job title, industry, salary, start date, and region of employment.

  • If Unemployed: Share the details about your last employer, including the company name, job title, industry, salary, period of employment, and the region where you worked.

  • For first-time job seekers: Share information about the type of work you’re seeking, including preferred job title, years of experience, willingness to relocate, desired industry and region, expected salary, and availability.

After completing the necessary information, click ‘Register’. You’ll receive an email to verify your email address and activate your profile, which will allow you to apply for jobs.

Note that even after a ‘full registration’, your profile might not be entirely complete. You now have the opportunity to add further details, such as educational background, references, a cover letter, skills and more to bring your profile closer to 100% completeness.
