WAREHOUSE FLEET MANAGER / EAST LONDON – The successful Candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating all operations within the Warehouse including fleet Management; Must have a Valid Drivers license and own vehicle.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
At least 5 years management and supervisory experience - MUST have a strong ability to Coach, Train, Manage and Discipline Staff
Strong admin/Inventory Supervisory experience
Management experience within FMCG / Retail / Wholesale environment
Highly proficient in MS Office/excel/outlook
Clear criminal and credit record
Forklift License - advantageous
Responsibilities
Fleet/Equipment/Fuel Management - equipment is regularly serviced; ensure licenses are current; ensure drivers have valid documents; obtain quotes; monitor fuel usage; implement least cost routing
Asset Management
Service Delivery
Stock Management
Budget Management
Housekeeping
Reporting
HR/Staff Management – Training; coaching; performance management; disciplinaries; staff scheduling
Finance Administration – ensure invoices are authorized; process supplier invoices etc.
Salary: Market related (depending on experience and qualifications)
