Houseman
(Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking to recruit a Houseman, whose purpose is to create a tidy, clean, neat and safe environment for the hotel guest and staff and to assist in a wide variety of basic delivery and housekeeping jobs as required by the needs of the business and to upkeep the image of the company. As a Houseman, you will work in the Housekeeping department. You will strive to give our Guests a WOW experience by exceeding their expectations through warm, friendly and personalized service, consistency of product and care for their wellbeing throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same or/and similar positions (advantageous)
- Matric or equivalent certificate (advantageous)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent attendance and performance track record
- Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment
- Previous relevant experience at 4-Star establishment (advantageous)
