Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead content creation and digital marketing strategies across online media platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in video and photo content production, combined with solid expertise in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, website, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality visual and written content, including videos, graphics, and photography, to enhance brand presence.
- Optimize website content and SEO to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel into Africa at short notice and visit the UK head office as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and creative content.
Working Hours & Public Holidays:
- The individual will be based in South Africa but will work in UK hours (either 10 AM - 6 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM, depending on the seasonal time difference).
- They will be required to work on South African public holidays but will be off on UK public holidays.
