The manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the B&B, focusing on guest services, staff management, financial oversight, marketing, and facility upkeep Minimum Requirements: Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, ideally in small hotels, inns, or B&Bs Strong understanding of hotel management best practices Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Friendly and welcoming demeanor Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management Proficiency in marketing and sales, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Duties and Responsibilities: Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service, room maintenance, and meal oversight Implement hotel pol.Error!
