Langaro Spa, gracefully nestled beneath the majestic Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in the enchanting Camps Bay, is searching for a Spa Manager to helm its skilled and spirited team. In this role, you’ll bring your passion for wellness to life, guiding a sanctuary of relaxation and beauty in one of the most picturesque settings imaginable.

What is required:

As a Wellness Spa Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our serene sanctuary, orchestrating daily operations with grace and enthusiasm. Your role is a tapestry woven from managing a dedicated team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring our tranquil haven remains in impeccable condition. With a deep-seated passion for wellness, you'll cultivate an environment where both guests and staff flourish, embodying the essence of rejuvenation and relaxation.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
• Spa Management Diploma.
• Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Opera Cloud and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous.
