Key Responsibilities:Guest Service and Experience:
- Welcome guests to their rooms and provide personalized introductions to hotel amenities.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering services such as unpacking, packing, and organizing personal items.
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle VIP guest requirements and special requests, ensuring privacy and discretion at all times.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, shopping, entertainment, and sightseeing.
- Coordinate room service, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered to guest rooms promptly and to exact specifications.
Personalized Assistance:
- Provide tailored services such as setting up and maintaining guest rooms (temperature, lighting, amenities) to create a comfortable atmosphere.
- Ensure that all guest preferences are noted and addressed, including dietary requirements, preferred toiletries, and special occasions.
- Arrange for personal errands, shopping, and other special arrangements, delivering on-time, bespoke services.
Administrative and Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain guest profiles with preferences, including room setups, special requests, and notes on previous stays.
- Ensure that all guest communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
Special Occasions and Celebrations:
- Coordinate the preparation of personalized gifts, flowers, and room decorations for special occasions.
- Assist in organizing and executing private events or celebrations, such as in-room dining experiences or private dinners.
Maintaining Standards:
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail in guest rooms and suites.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are carried out with the utmost professionalism and in keeping with the hotel’s luxury service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Butler or in a high-end, luxury hospitality environment (2+ years preferred).
