Job Overview:
As the General Manager of the hotel known as the Property Custodian at 10 2nd Avenue Houghton Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your role will require exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, front office management, housekeeping, OTA (Online Travel Agency) management, sales, and marketing. You will be an all-rounder with the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
