As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations. Menu Preparation and Execution:
Support the development and preparation of menus, ensuring that each dish is executed to perfection, meeting the restaurant’s fine dining standards.
Food Quality Control:
Ensure that all dishes are consistently prepared and presented to the highest quality, adhering to the established recipes and standards.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Help manage the kitchen’s inventory, order supplies, and track stock levels to maintain cost efficiency and minimize waste.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that the kitchen adheres to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Assist in Managing Kitchen Efficiency:

Required Skills and Experience:
Fine Dining Experience:
Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant, with a thorough understanding of high-level kitchen operations.
Culinary Qualifications:

Strong Leadership Skills:
