The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a vibrant Bartender/Barista to join their team of extraordinary individuals. Do you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership? Are you an extroverted, eloquent professional who excels in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in handling conflict with diplomacy and finesse, while putting out world class cocktails to our guests and maintaining service standards. You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of how to engage with high-quality guests and staff. If you’re skilled in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a polished demeanour and clear, effective communication, we’d love to have you join our team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with hospitality experience / hospitality qualification
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level
• Well Groomed and Presentable
• Computer literate (Windows Office – Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Opera and Micros
• Familiar with all duties and procedures within the service environment.
• Team Player and ability world class cocktails
• Barista experience and knowledgeable on coffees
• Possess exceptional sales skills.
• Fast Thinker & Worker
