Achieve sales targets through strategic management of regional and personal sales goals, emphasizing contractor market engagement and comprehensive customer relationship management. Develop and nurture customer relationships, both new and existing, while maintaining control over personal trade spending in the assigned region. Offer technical guidance and demonstrate the value of TMC products, focusing on their benefits and applications in the market. Ensure effective internal and external communication of the company''s value propositions, training customers in product usage and value-added features. Build lasting relationships to secure market advantage, meet key performance indicators, and sustain target closure rates; also, manage debt effectively within the assigned area. Continuously identify and capitalize on new market opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, supply chain insights, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Comply with company reporting standards and ethical codes, maintain confidentiality, and manage product performance issues according to company guidelines. Regularly update the CRM with key data, meet established sales targets, provide accurate sales forecasts, and participate in necessary internal and external meetings IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years of flooring sales experience, where having a Diploma in Chemical/Civil Engineering or a similar qualification is beneficial but not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with construction chemicals experience. This role calls for a person with outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and unwavering integrity. The candidate should be an extroverted team player, proficient in both language and computer use, with exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
