Job Summary
Our client seeks a dynamic and driven Investment Consultant with a passion for business development, client engagement, and investments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the financial intermediaries landscape and a business owners mindset. Key Responsibilities: Service IFAs, DFMs, multi-managers, and other financial intermediaries investing in Unit Trusts. Build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners such as LISPs. Focus on raising assets across the Unit Trust product range by servicing current clients and establishing new client relationships. Engage clients through meetings, events, roadshows, and conferences. Support the team and contribute to the broader distribution strategy, including engagement with Wealth Managers, Private Client Securities, and institutional clients. Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns, and flagship funds. Contribute strategic input to new product launches and provide commercial insights. Represent the company with professionalism in all engagements and foster cross-selling opportunities. Attributes & Experience: Proven track record in client engagement and business development. Extensive experience in servicing financial intermediaries (IFAs, DFMs, multi-managers). Comfort in handling technical investment and market-related discussions (or a willingness to learn). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems. Curious, proactive, and growth-minded with a passion for customer service. Resilient, results-driven, and committed to delivering high performance. Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry. Proven success in academic and career achievements. Degree in business, finance, or investments (minimum 3 years).
