About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our fashion team. As Sales and Marketing Person, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationship with
customers and promoting our products to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Pipeline Development
- Develop a pipeline of new leads through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Nurture leads using a multi-channel strategy (email, social media, phone calls) until conversion.
- Manage CRM tools to track and follow up with leads and existing customers.
2. Customer Communication- Design and distribute weekly communications, promotions, and updates through WhatsApp,
- email newsletters, and social media.
- Personalize communication to ensure high engagement and response rates.
- Respond to customer queries promptly via all communication channels.
3. Event Research & Participation- Research opportunities for exhibitions, fashion shows, and pop-up stores.
- Coordinate participation in these events, ensuring effective product display and promotion.
- Develop branded materials and themes for the events, focusing on enhancing brand visibility.
4. Content Creation & Social Media Management- Develop and execute a social media strategy for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging, visual content to promote garments, including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with photographers and models to create high-quality content, including lifestyle and customer-based imagery.
5. Portfolio & Customer Testimonial Development- Capture images of customers wearing Zolution garments to showcase on social media and build design portfolio.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather customer feedback, building a customer testimonial base.
6. Sales Participation & Follow-up- Actively participate in sales activities at fashion shows, exhibitions, and pop-up stores, converting inquiries into sales.
- Provide post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
7. Brand Promotion & Documentation
- Capture and document key moments from exhibitions, shows, and pop-up stores.
- Promote outcomes on social media with storytelling that aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Analyze event outcomes for continuous improvement in brand promotion.
RequirementsQualification in Marketing.
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of fashion retail, excellent communication, and ability to close sales deals.
Marketing & Content Creation: Proficiency in designing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and building brand narratives.
Event Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage participation in exhibitions and pop-up events.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM tools, basic graphic design, and photo editing software. Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
