Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Sales Executive for a prestigious luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales and be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to grow the brand and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the image and services of the company to maximize growth through new clients and contracts
Manage all aspects of the sales process including sourcing and securing new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Maintain and update the sales database
Deliver business presentations and workshops as required
Attend events and functions after hours as part of client engagement
Requirements:
Matric (minimum)
Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing is advantageous
Minimum of 5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry
Proven track record with contacts in corporate companies, PCOs, travel agents, production houses, and tour operators
Previous experience in leisure, corporate, PCO, and government sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident in conducting professional meetings and presentations
Valid RSA ID and Driver’s License
Willing to travel as required
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
