Job Summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our client's team in Gauteng. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding their client base and driving sales within the region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background who thrive in a dynamic work environment. Candidates with experience in chemicals, Tools, Paper and PPE sales are required for this position
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a database of customers using CRM software
- Gather and segment customer data
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Generate new customer leads
- Conduct market research to anticipate trends
- Analyze data to identify emerging trends
- Participate in product training and stay informed
- Use and study the product for expertise
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Maintain accurate records and administration
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet budgets
- Track performance and adjust tactics as needed
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and support teams
- Maintain open communication with all relevant departments
- Collect and act on customer feedback
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Matric
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related (Advantageous)
- 2-4 years Sales Rep experience
- Computer literacy a must on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and bringing in sales
