Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a talented and driven Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients and helping them find the perfect candidates for their needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and attract quality candidates through various channels
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements
- Coordinate the interview and selection process between clients and candidates
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role (3-5 years)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its processes
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with recruitment software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary
