Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships. Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to identify new market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Adept at managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a knack for turning challenges into growth opportunities. What youâ€ll do: Develop an acquisition plan using the resources available to meet and exceed the allocates sales Focus is nett new acquisition accounts as well as managing the current accounts agreed between the Head of the BU and Ensure prioritisation of all sales activities and customer prospecting are in line with the companyâ€s services and solutions offerings and the companyâ€s core business goals, including costs and Manage and promote the iOCO Cloudâ€s suite of offerings as per the defined services catalogue ensuring that deal structure meets the iOCO IS guidelines and must be approved by the Head of Sales or equivalent Pro-actively develop, manage and close required opportunity pipeline and forecast through the use of the chosen CRM CRM to be kept up to date at all times. Manage the complete sales cycle of the opportunity from initial identification to the collection of monies for the opportunity. Attend vendor marketing events for education purposes but also for the potential of finding new Pro-actively launch, demonstrate, advertise, exhibit and market any new solutions or services from iOCO Cloud or the affiliated vendors to your clients. Respond to and follow up on any enquiries or queries to iOCO Cloud from your Take accountability and responsibility for any sales related projects and tasks such as: Quotations Proposals tenders Debt collection Project planning Implementations Formal customer presentations Maintenance activities Contract negotiation Win / loss reviews – customer and internal Ensure complete understanding of pricing and proposal Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions to such Attend training and ensure individual skills development and Vendor certifications are met as assigned by the BU Head Ensure prompt completion of all mandatory training which allows iOCO to maintain their status within the different Demonstrate sound business selling skills across the iOCO IS portfolio of offerings as per the defined service Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in a larger share of wallet from the Ensure deal structure is agreed together with the Head of Sales or equivalent level within iOCO IS business unit. Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on the various services and solutions that the greater iOCO IS Ensure that when working with the solutions team correct expectations are set upfront ahead of any client Maintain an accurate record of daily appointments and schedules in Outlook, viewable by all iOCO Cloud Operate within the boundaries of the iOCO IS company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments within Your expertise: Demonstrated ability and success in developing sales strategies and the successful execution thereof; Demonstrated ability in leading, structuring of disparate sales teams with tangible results; Good technical foundation in understanding technology and communicating the product value proposition; Experience of CRM systems and ensuring they are utilized effectively for aiding the sales effort and providing relevant and timeous insight into the sales effort; Excellent negotiation skills with organised and detail- oriented with follow-up skills; Strategic leadership ability; ability to influence, overcome objections and remain resilient; Strong prospecting skills with excellent closing ability; Experience in locating, establishing and engaging potential customers and channel partners; Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, team player, passionate and success-driven. Proven track record in the industry in managing a business/operation with regards to the relevant technology. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Strong understanding of Finance and Budget methodology and models. Ability to anticipate business relevant issues or risks and to “see around the cornerâ€. Qualifications: Bachelorsâ€s Degree in Technology / Engineering / Business Administration Relevant/ aligned IT certifications advantageous Skills and experience essential: Communication, both written and verbal, as youâ€ll need to communicate with technically-minded customers and business partners Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills Leadership and management skills Analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics Understanding of other, non-technical parts of the business Cooperation and collaboration Financial skills including budgeting and forecasting Responsible for accurately forecasting and managing a pipeline to ensure you meet or exceed revenue targets Creative, innovative and agile with the ability to think outside the box Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location : Midrand (Hybrid) Travel : Own transport is essential as travelling will be required Why work for us?
