Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Take full ownership of social media strategy and management, driving initiatives with autonomy and a strong strategic vision across a diverse range of properties.
Content Creation: Curate and create high-quality, engaging content that reflects the unique appeal of each property and attracts the right audience.
Community Management: Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and engaging presence.
Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify, reach out, and collaborate with influencers, travel agents, and other key partners to expand brand visibility and drive bookings.
SEO Management: Implement SEO strategies to optimize content, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns around seasonal promotions, events, and new property features.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and SEO metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and growth.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms, reflecting the diverse nature of the properties while maintaining a professional and cohesive image.
Experience: Proven experience in managing social media for diverse brands or properties, with a focus on growth and engagement.
Creative Vision: Strong ability to create visually appealing, engaging content that resonates with a variety of audiences.
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO strategies and tools to drive organic growth.
Relationship Building: Comfortable building relationships with influencers, travel agents, and partners to expand reach and engagement.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
