SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Skin Care & Body Care
DURBAN, KWA ZULU NATAL - South Africa
START: 06 January 2024
REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R14,000 Basic Salary per month
- + Commission & Performance Incentives
- + Petrol Card - business use only
- + Cellphone - business only
- + Monthly product allowance
- + Vehicle maintenance allowance
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- Based in central KZN (Durban & surrounds ideally)
- Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Cruise Ship experience - highly beneficial
- Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
- KPI driven
DUTIES:
- Maintain existing portfolio - we have an established account which will be managed and grown
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
- Prospecting
