In this role, you will primarily provide remote support and maintenance services on desktopsand occasionally serversacross a variety of Wintel technologies. Essential Skills & Experience 2+ years IT Support experience in a similar role Valid Drivers Licence & own car ESSENTIAL Hands-on experience providing remote desktop support on Windows 10 and 11. Basic Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022) knowledge, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File & Print. Proven patch management experience for both endpoints and servers. Fundamental understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in face-to-face interactions. Qualifications A+ Certification N+ Certification Microsoft Certification (e.g., MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, MS-900: 365 Fundamentals) - Beneficial Exposure to or certification in Endpoint Security - Beneficial Key Responsibilities Remote Support & Troubleshooting : Respond to and resolve incidents detected by our Network Operations Centres monitoring tools, while supporting 1st line incidents and requests on Windows 10 and 11. Onsite Consulting : Conduct occasional onsite visits to client environments for troubleshooting, consulting, and planned SLA visits. Systems Maintenance & Upgrades : Assist with changes and minor projects such as version upgrades, patch management on endpoints and servers, and general system maintenance. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with peers and communicate effectively with external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery. After-Hours Coverage : Participate occasionally in after-hour support rotations under supervision or in a shadowing capacity. Ready to Advance Your IT Career?
