National Key Accounts Manager – Head Office
Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
My client is seeking an experienced National Key Accounts Manager to join their team in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a strong background in direct selling, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Remuneration:
- R50 000 CTC per month
- 13th cheque (performance-based, paid in December)
Minimum Requirements: Education:
Qualification:
- Diploma or qualification in Sales Management (advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales/management experience in the direct selling industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the national customer base.
- Manage and analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Regional Executives, General Managers, and Sales Consultants.
- Implement and communicate annual price adjustments.
- Achieve set sales targets and business objectives.
- Handle all sales-related queries and service tickets.
- Ensure seamless installations and completion of national accounts administration.
- Conduct regular site visits, ensuring national customers receive exceptional service.
- Keep all pricing, schedules, and sales reports up to date.
- Re-sign and upgrade existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Work towards annual performance incentives.
