Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Relationship Executive to join their team in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and actively pursuing sales leads within the Western Cape region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer service by addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Conduct regular product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients to showcase our packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand market trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and explore new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and provide market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the waste industry.
- Minimum of 3 years Sales experience.
- Formal Environmental or waste Management qualification.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the packaging manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to successfully close deals and win new business.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being a team player.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales pipeline management.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
