Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of natural beauty and wellness products to hotels, guesthouses, beauty salons, hair salons etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market presence and revenue.
Manage and oversee the company’s online store, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of the products.
Represent the brand with authenticity, professionalism, and a commitment to natural, sustainable living.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and client engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries.
Well-groomed, well-spoken, and confident in engaging with high-end clientele.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Experience managing an online store and implementing sales strategies.
A passion for natural and sustainable products.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Motivated by financial success and willing to work hard to earn good commission.
Compensation:
Basic salary of R6 000.
Lucrative commission structure.
