Position: Sales Manager

This role plays an integral part in our team, as you will be responsible for our LBC Sales Team, ensuring targets are met and providing coaching and mentoring where needed.

You may be wondering, what does the duties include?
• Providing support to your team and ensuring sales targets are met.
• Grow and build the client base.
• Responsible to do presentations to clients so as to attain new business;
• Manage and convert leads into sales and ensure outcomes are captured onto the system;
• Informs team by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information;
• Assist team with escalations and how to manage these;
• Evaluate problems and complaints of clients and provide proper solutions to them;
• Respond to the needs of clients and provide personalised service;
• Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer;
• Upsells products and services to own clients and coach team to do the same;
• Researches needed information using available resources;
• Makes relevant notes from client interactions;
• Identify any issues that clients might be struggling with and find solutions, as well as escalate where required;
• Report on client feedback;
• Manage & update client databases;
• Manage team and ensure KPI’s are in place.

• Matric;
• Degree and/or Diploma in Business / Sales Management;
• 3 year’s solid sales experience;
• 3 year’s experience with managing a Team;
• Experience within the credit analysis industry, preferred;
• Familiar with telephone and computer technology;
• Experience within the financial services industry, preferred;
• Experience in effectively making sales and reaching targets;
• Customer service experience;
• Ability to handle pressure.
