Job Summary
A company within the Property Industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team.
The PA will report directly to the owner of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner.
- Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Handle confidential documents and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the owner.
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in the property industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (advantageous).
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
