Who are we looking for: Digital Advertising Specialist : Full-time/ Onsite
What will you do:
o Strategise, set up, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and the Google Network (Search and Display)
o Manage lead generation campaigns using Google, Facebook and LinkedIn to maximise conversions and achieve KPIs
o Implement and optimise retargeting, display and video ad campaigns for brand awareness and engagement
o Develop content strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience and drives engagement
o Utilise advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness for B2C campaigns
o Oversee ad budgets, conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, perform keyword research, set up audiences and continuously optimise for performance
o Analyse campaign data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
o Generate detailed monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations
o Collaborate with account managers to ensure digital advertising campaigns align with overall client strategies
o Maintain professional communication with clients through regular calls and email updates
o Conduct digital advertising audits and present findings to internal teams and clients
What will you need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads account management within a digital agency environment
· Minimum 3 years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
· Proven expertise in digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Network
· Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred
· Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
· Knowledge of retargeting/remarketing, display and video advertising
· Solid understanding of SEO, online search mediums and social media and how these integrate with digital advertising
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client accounts
· Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
