Our client is seeking a skilled Online Accounts Administrator to manage their sales and e-commerce operations for wholesale distributors. This role focuses on product listing, pricing accuracy, order follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relations with online and independent stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring delivery lead times are met.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Administer pricing updates and manage stock availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate product data.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and IT systems.
