A well known retail client is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Graff-Reinett.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a knack for merchandising, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a dynamic team
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- NQF 5/6 Certificate or Diploma in Retail/Business Management preferable.
- Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed
- 2-5 years in relevant Sales/retail/operations environment as an Assistant Manager/ Manager
