We are continually seeking talented internal sales professionals with a background in the steel industry. We have various positions going (South, East, North, and West Rand) Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the steel industry • Strong knowledge of steel products, grades, and applications • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Proficiency in sales-related software and ERP systems • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries and provide professional sales support via phone, email, and in person • Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders for steel and tube products • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients • Monitor and update customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with external sales teams to ensure cohesive customer service and sales strategies • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and pricing • Provide technical advice on product applications and specifications as needed • Assist in inventory management and stock level coordination • Proactively seek new sales opportunities within the steel and tube industry Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.
