Education
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, information technology
Skills
Strong communication skills
Report writing skills
Problem solving & analytical thinking skills
Data analytics (SQL beneficial)
Experience
2-4 years’ professional experience in a business role
Prior ERP experience in the manufacturing industry beneficial
Finance background preferable
Business Process Management (BPM)
Risk & controls experience beneficial
Costing in a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of the ERP (Security, user administration, maintenance of master data)
- Facilitating changes between the business, vendors, and IT, including obtaining and documenting business requirements
- Process mapping & reengineering
- Procedure & SOP creation and update
- User training as required
- Assist with the implementation of projects
- Assist with the implementation and review of ERP controls work users and permissions
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications
